Technical Support Engineer - Islamabad


Job Description
This position requires to Work in a challenging environment, giving Technical Support to Franchisee’s from all around the world. Timings will be from 5pm till 2am (including 1 hour dinner break) & from 1am till 9am. It includes but not limited to the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities
·         Handling of all the live issues
·         Receiving Calls from the franchisees as well as making calls
·         Maintaining backup plans
·         Reporting daily progress to supervisor

Requirements
·         Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or Telecom
·         SQL Databases basic skills (Query writing etc)
·         Windows Troubleshooting skills
·         Fluent English is a must
·         Networking knowledge will be a plus
