Material Engineer (3):
Qualification: M.Sc/B.Sc. Geology/Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years with excellent knowledge of material engineering in building and infrastructure development. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS-Office and other Engineering Software.
Assistant Material Engineer (4):
Qualification: B.Sc. Geology/Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university.
Experience: 3 to 5 years with excellent knowledge of material engineering in building and infrastructure development. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS-Office and other Engineering Software.
Quantity Surveyor (2):
Qualification; DAE/B. Tech Civil from PBTE recognized institute
Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in building & infrastructure development projects, relevant expertise in quantity surveying and contract management will be essential, must possess skills to undertake post-completion investigation. Preparation of feasibility studies and project estimates.
Senior Lab Technician (4):
Qualification: DAE/Material Engineer from PBTE recognized institute / TEVTA
Experience: Minimum 6 years field experience. Must be computer literate.
Assistant Lab technician (4):
Qualification; DAE Material engineer from PBTE recognized institute/TEVTA
Experience: Minimum 3 years field experience. Must be computer literate.
Supervisor (12):
Qualification: DAE from PBTE recognized institute/ TEVTA/F.Sc/F.A
Experience: Fresh for Diploma holder and 3 years for F.Sc/F.A
Surveyor (5):
Qualification: 1 year survey course from PBTE recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Building & Infrastructure development works.
Drivers (4):
Qualification: Middle or Matric with valid driving lenience (LTV/HTV)
Experience: Minimum 6 years of driving with company cars. Experience with executive officers will be preferred.
Office Boy (4):
Qualification: Middle work Matric
Experience: Minimum 3 years.

Sr. Technical Engineer –Qatar
A leading Contracting Company in Doha, Qatar is seeking candidates for the following position of Sr. Technical Engineer.
Requirements
· All Nationalities· Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
· 15-20 years work experience
· A track record of working in contracting management / team leadership expertise
· A track record of working in the Middle East is desirable
· You will be a Technical Manager with extensive experience in major construction
projects on an international basis.
· Your knowledge and understanding of international contracts and construction
standards must be strong and you need to be able to demonstrate a track record of
success within the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Cost estimation and design if required, study and send inquiry to suppliers, review of contract documents,
· Preparation of technical submittals,
· Prepare drawings and follow up approval, variation, if any.
· Prepare cost budget, coordination with QC for timely inspection and dispatch of the
goods.
· Prepare BOM according to approved drawings, negotiate with suppliers for discount,
prepare Purchase Orders, send MPO/LOI to suppliers, follow-up delivery as per
MPO.
Project Executions:
· Kick off meeting with clients, technical compliance and clarifications · Prepare project executions schedule
· Prepare final budget sheet for commercial department
· Certify invoice made by commercial department
