Qualification:

·      Minimum MBBS/B-Pharmacy

·      Candidates with MBA degree will be preferred

·      2-3 years of solid experience in pharmaceuticals product management  

·      Any additional experience in pharmaceuticals sales will be an advantage

Key Accountabilities

·      Develop and implement strategic and annual marketing plan

·      Develop innovative strategies and promotional tools to achieve sales as per plan

·      Train the field force on company products and competition

·      Develop KOLs in the assigned specialty area

Core Competencies

·      Excellent marketing and pharmacy knowledge

·      Innovative and out of box thinking

·      Excellent interpersonal skills
