Needed For reputable Training Company, we are hiring Telemarketing Agents with the following requirement

    ·      Graduated from Faculty of Commerce or Equal.
    ·      Fresh Graduate or Minimum Experience
    ·      Preferred who attend business training like: ITI, MCIT, BBSA, business outsourcing, 
           Edu-Egypt or Equal,
    ·      Excellent On the phone Communications skills
    ·      Good English proficiency (speaks, read, write)
    ·      Good computer skills
    ·      CRM Experience is a plus

Job description

    ·      Search and Identify prospects
    ·      Prepare daily reports on Activity and update CRM.
    ·      Answer customer’s inquiries on products and services.
    ·      Prepare Tele-Marketing Scripts along with the sales team
