Academic Qualification(s):

• Preferably Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education.

Technical Skills:

• Expert level knowledge in the administration, configuration and customization of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 (preferred) or 2007 version.
• Custom development and implementation experience with MS SharePoint Foundation 2010 including creation of custom Web parts.
• Experience with SharePoint site structure and layout.
• Experience in the implementation of SharePoint Collaboration tools (forums/issues lists etc.) .
• Experience and ability to seamlessly integrate SharePoint Foundation data and content with other custom built .NET applications.
• Experience of working within a structured (iterative models preferred) development lifecycle and methodology, Systems Integration and Infrastructure Optimization experience, leveraging documented APIs and related SharePoint Products and Technologies.
• Implementation and integration of SharePoint Reporting Functions.
• Implementation and Integration of SharePoint Integrated Document Management functions with the ability to take SharePoint beyond "out of the box" implementation.
• Experience with customization of templates and development of new templates.
• vExperience in designing and developing document-centric applications within SharePoint.
• Knowledge of developing and consuming Web Services within SharePoint.
• Experience in setting up Collaboration Portals/Team sites
• Ability to review SharePoint Technical Designs and incremental Application Code Deployments.
• Proficient in ASP.NET and C# Web Parts design and deployment, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with IIS 6.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or earlier, Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010 and Microsoft Project Server 2007.
• Familiar with Microsoft InfoPath 2007 and entire suite of Microsoft Office 2007 and its interoperability with SharePoint 2010.

• Must be able to set expectations and manage conflict.

Experience:

• 6 to 8 years solution design and implementation experience of SharePoint Technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint branding, customization, and Web Part development.
• Expert level use of the .NET framework specifically ASP.NET (3.0 /3.5), VB.NET, and C#.
• Experience with CAML, Business Data Connectivity (BDC), and creating custom SharePoint Workflows.
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio 2005/2008, Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010, Microsoft Active Directory 2003, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Report Builder.
