MEP Engineer
Key Skills: The desired candidate will have extensive electrical systems experience and a thorough knowledge of all MEP systems in a maintenance and building services environment. A proven track record to provide technical solutions for the following is essential: operation and maintenance of electrical systems, preparing MEP specifications for small rectification works, supervising contractors and the ability to operate in a multi-building, multi-discipline environment. Experience in operational & maintenance health & safety practices is required.
Qualifications: Degree level in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience working in maintenance, building services or facility management environment in similar MEP engineering positions. Well-versed with industry standards of MEP operations and building services on multiple buildings. Familiar with design & engineering standards. Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, maintenance manuals and manufactures manuals and knows how to manage subcontractors.
MEP Technician
Key Skills: The desired candidate will be qualified and experienced in air conditioning & mechanical fields. Must have a very well developed understanding of maintenance principles and understand the importance of planned maintenance techniques. Broad technical knowledge of MEP disciplines specializing in central & comfort air conditioning. Must have excellent English communication skills (written and oral) to be able to give clear and concise instruction to support staff.
Experience: Broad experience in operating multiple building facilities fully understands interrelation of services in complex facilities and has the ability to diagnose faults and reach appropriate solutions. Excellent remuneration offered to the right candidates.
