Technical Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications,
4 or more years of IP/MPLS engineering, operations and/or qualification experience in Service Provider .
JNCIA , JNCIS and JNCIP (preferred) certified
CCNP or CCIP Certified
Detailed understanding and experience engineering, implementing and operating many of the following: IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, LDP, RSVP-TE, MPLS VPNs , IPv6 , QOS, IP Multicast. PIM, Firewalls, SLB, Ethernet switching.
Hands-on expertise and in-depth platform understanding of Juniper and Cisco equipment e.g. Cisco CRS1 , Cisco-ME3400 Switches , M320, MX960 , T640 ..etc
Experience with engineering and tuning of IP networks supporting delay & jitter sensitive real-time applications for High Availability.
Hands-on expertise and in depth corporate / residential customers problems solving and handling
DIA , L2VPN , L3VPN and Inter-AS-VPN customers Provisioning and troubleshooting
Hands-on in Juniper / Cisco firewalls.

Ability to organize and schedule tasks .
Motivated self-starter and the ability to work autonomously .
Exceptional teamwork, collaborative and organizational skills .
A flexible approach to working hours, covering different time zones as work is 24/7 .
Case Management. Ensure all cases are acted upon conscientiously and in the framework expected according to the SLA .
Hard worker , be able to work under pressure .
Experience generating documentation for peers and NOC staff.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently.
