Responsibilities: To manage the outputs and service deliverables of the Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance Contract at the new University Campus in Al Ain.

To provide technical support and management for engineering and support staff and infrastructure contractors. This includes ensuring the delivery of the operation and maintenance of several infrastructure works packages including:

• HV/ LV Distribution Networks

• Pumping Stations, Networks & Underground Drainage

• Street Lighting, Telecoms & CCTV Networks

• Infrastructure Buildings & Boundary Walls and Gates

• Hard & Soft Landscaping including Irrigation, Water Features and Furniture

Key Skills: The Infrastructure Project Manager will have an extensive knowledge of the operation and maintenance of all MEP systems including, but not limited to, HV & LV electrical systems, HV switching stations, distribution substations and standby generators, potable and irrigation water distribution and SCADA, fire fighting distribution, street lighting, small building planned maintenance. Experience in all aspects of operational health & safety maintenance practices is essential. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of managing KPI and SLA regimes with financial penalties on service provision contracts.

Qualifications: Educated to a minimum of Degree level in Electrical Discipline; High Voltage (HV) Qualification; Membership of a professional Electrical Association; Accreditation by AADC or similar.

Experience: 10 years engineering experience within the utilities or building services industries; At least 5 years experience in managing the delivery of complex high value contracts within the maintenance industries; 5 years experience in operating and maintaining HV distribution systems.
