Accounting Assistant Manager - Lahore


Job Description:

AM Accountant will be responsible for performing the following duties:
  • Perform backup role for payroll.
  • Adherence to controls, policies and procedures.
  • Assure staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
  • Analyze, review, and audit overall general ledger and expense payable systems.
  • Install, modify documents, and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.
  • Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop accounting staff; manage workflow.
  • Handle AP and AR customer inquiries, special billing requirements and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review journal entries and account analysis.
  • Monthly Reporting of Financial Statements for all divisions.
  • Assist with cash receipts processing.
  • Assist with weekly, standard and monthly billing.
  • Manage monthly accounting close cycle.
  • Responsible for expense Payables.
  • Manage vendor ads, changes and deletes.
  • Manual and voided checks, bank reconciliations.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) invoices and recurring payments.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports; perform variance analysis.
  • Oversee accounting for payroll, real estate, advertising, and franchise and store operation accounts.

Academic Qualification(s):

MBA-Finance, CA (Inter/Finalist), ACCA, ACMA.

  • Good Analytic and Decision-making skills.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Good Presentation skills.
  • Must be able to set Expectations and manage conflict.
