ACCOUNTANT – Saudi Arabia



Job Description:
·         Maintain the books of accounts by using Tally and excel sheet.
·         Prepare & Summarize Bank Reconciliation.
·         Prepare monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
·         Proper monitoring and control of accounting systems.
·         Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Report and Budget.
·         Collections of receivables and preparing statements on a regular basis
·         Assist and carry out different accounting roles like various reconciliation and data entry.
·         Prepare Monthly Payroll of staff and workers.
·         Amortization /Recording of Fixed Assets
·         Facilitate all Visas, medical insurance and calculate annual leave, sick leave and gratuity benefit of employees
·         Issues internal memos of the company.



Skills
·         Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic.
·         Assist and carry out different accounting roles like various reconciliation and data entry.
·         Strong knowledge on Tally and excel sheet
·         Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and
database management.
·         Knowledge of administrative and business principles.
·         Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English and Arabic language skills.
·         Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
