Regional Operations Manager - Pharmaceutical Company



A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Distribution Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a Regional Operations Manager for Lahore. The incumbent should be responsible for monitor over all operational activities, including warehousing, inventory, distribution, logistics, compliance and customers / market outstanding.
Placements of best possible practices for cost effective and efficient working. And provide leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the all reporting managers.

Major Accountability:

• To manage strategic and day to day operations.
• Project management and ensure its completion within agreed time lines.
• Purchase monitoring of Inventory, management of assets and fixtures.
• Logistics planning and management for all over Pakistan up to retail levels.
• Must encourage and support colleagues to achieve goals.
• To ensure that all operations are being conducted following company rules and procedures.
• Monitoring of total customers outstanding and ensure all receipts must incorporate.
• Monitoring and controlling stocks returns and its incorporation.
• W & D compliance SOP and ensure the smooth audit by the principle.
• To ensure the Implementation of H S E guidelines and Good Warehouse Practice (GWP).

Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA (Supply Chain) from a recognized business school.
Age: 30-40 Years
Experience: Having minimum of 7-8 years preferably in Distribution network.
Salary: 60k-70k+ other benefits as per company policy.
