Purpose and Objectives

Manage a team of Channel Sales Managers (CSM) across multiple Countries to drive the Volume Business in MENA. Dual responsibilities should be catered for in terms of driving Channel Partner Relationships, Channel development, Indirect Opportunity planning as well as Direct Customer interaction in the field. As ISEs (Inside Sales Executives) remotely own the customer relationship and the territory, full coordination should be maintained with ISE Team to facilitate partner engagement and opportunity closing in the field until business is booked and recognized.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

·         Software sales experience (ERP and Business Analytics)

·         Local/business culture experience

·         Multiple Country experience across MENA

·         Large team management capability

·         Results oriented

·         Numbers driven

·         Has to have a University Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science

Work Experience

·         At least 10 years of ERP software sales experience, preferably in MENA

·         Experience in working within a Matrixed multinational organization

·         Experience in leveraging multiple teams outside management umbrella
