Academic Qualification(s):

• Preferably Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education.

Technical Skills:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
• Able to optimize the queries and identified the potential flaws in those.
• Need to have good grip on SQL Server Clustering.
• Need to train the in house staff about efficient SQL.

 Management / Interpersonal Skills:

• Good analytic and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Must have conflict resolution abilities.
