· Knowledge of FLL (Fixed Local Loop)
· VoIP, Internet protocols knowledge
· Plan and manage the implementation of voice services and voice network for Clients
· Concept/Knowledge/Experience of Voice technology design, voice network design
and VoIP equipment configuration
· Coordinate voice PABX and network upgrade, implementation, and test plans.
· Consult with client organizations to understand their business, technical needs
· Perform as the customers consultant for all of Clients voice related services
· Perform technical support and escalation for telecommunications voice issues
· Working experience of soft switches
· Assist clients and peers with planning for voice services and equipment
· Creating and maintaining productive relationships with suppliers of
telecommunications services to increase knowledge about new network services and
equipment
· Working knowledge of NOC
