Requirements:

·         Knowledge of FLL (Fixed Local Loop)

·         VoIP, Internet protocols knowledge

·         Plan and manage the implementation of voice services and voice network for Clients

·         Concept/Knowledge/Experience of Voice technology design, voice network design 

          and VoIP equipment configuration

·         Coordinate voice PABX and network upgrade, implementation, and test plans.

·         Consult with client organizations to understand their business, technical needs

·         Perform as the customers consultant for all of Clients voice related services

·         Perform technical support and escalation for telecommunications voice issues

·         Working experience of soft switches

·         Assist clients and peers with planning for voice services and equipment

·         Creating and maintaining productive relationships with suppliers of 

          telecommunications services to increase knowledge about new network services and 

          equipment

·         Working knowledge of NOC

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor or Masters Degree in a technical discipline. (CS, Telecom/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, IT) from HEC recognized Institute

·         1 + year experience.

·         Industry certification related to Cisco based IP Telephony, Cisco Based Contact 

          Center

·         IP PABX/PABX, voice system/Devices/Equipments; IP Phones/ATA Devices, 

          operating systems, etc. are desirable.

·         Cisco Certification CCNA

·         Requires an advanced level of competency in complex voice technologies, 

          networking technologies, and international standards. Especially in Multi Brands 

          traditional PABX knowledge and new IP PABX.
