Responsibilities include

·         Scheduling of engineering and construction projects

·         Coordinating, monitoring, and forecasting the financial status as well as the analysis 

          of trends and variance to the budget.

·         Development of logic diagrams, construction schedule, shut down schedules; start 

          up schedules

·         Preparation of profit analysis, progress reporting, project change orders, 

          expenditure cash flow and invoice verification.

Other responsibilities include:

·         Estimation of material and work hours, procurement of material.

·         Expediting of drawing and equipment delivery, as well as document control and payroll timekeeping.

·         All cost analysis including coding, committing, projecting, and cash flow.

·         Established productivity analysis tracking.

·         Coordinated contract change orders and subcontractor extra work orders; managed project scheduling and coordinated interfaces of subcontractors.

Qualifications/Requirements

·         Bachelor Degree in Science (Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechanical Technology or 

          Mechanical Engineering)

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience

·         Excellent Safety & Attendance Records

·         Basic PC Skills including MS Office Package

·         Good Command over Spoken & Written English.
