Salary Range: Rs 40,000 – Rs 70,000 (Monthly)

Location: All Provinces

Job Nature: Field based appointment on rotation basis

Qualification & Experience

      ·    DAE (Chemical/Instrumentation) having at least 6-10 years practical experience in 
             Process Plant Operations in petrochemical Industry.

Responsibilities

      ·    Monitors and controls plant operations
       ·    Constantly reviews the operation of the plant to monitor production and gas 
            composition, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying   
            opportunities for improvement
       ·    Maintains adequate records of key production variables such as operating parameters 
            production volume, utility consumption, etc., on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis
       ·    Participates in plant maintenance program
       ·    Communicates directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance 
            and repair works in process area
       ·    Assists with diagnosing and trouble-shooting process plant related issues
       ·    Participates in safety, health and environmental programs
       ·    Participates in programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness
       ·    Monitors use and inventories of process chemicals and supplies

    

Competencies

       ·    Should have proven field experience in process plant operations
       ·    Should have served as an operator in gas plant, fertilizer or refinery units
       ·    Should have basic computer skills e.g. MS Word, MS Excel
       ·    Should be self motivated, flexible and an effective team worker
