We are urgently recruiting for a number of NSN 3G RF Optimization Experts in Saudi Arabia on contract basis.

The role will be responsible for

·         Network monitoring work

·         Network problem analysis and suggest

·         Optimization project submit and check

·         Training for optimization engineer technical improve

·         Analyzing the faults and report them in proper escalation pat

We are looking for someone with

·         At least 5 years of WCDMA RF experience

·         At least 2 years of NSN WCDMA optimization experience

·         At least 2 years experience of RF experience in O&M

·         At least 2 successful project experiences with a role as technical expert

·         Strong ability to convince the customer’s RNP and RNO plan

·         Experience of leading at least 10 peoples team and excellent in project management
