Customer Support Executive - Lahore


ZIN Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd require Customer Support Executive

Experience: 1 to 2 years hands-on experience.
Salary: 20,000/- PKR

Duties and Responsibilities
    ·         Communicate with Clients Over Email or Skype.
    ·         Logged raised issues into the System and generate a Ticket ID.
    ·         Assign that Ticket to the relevant Technical Resource to get its fix.
    ·         Handle minor issues at your level.

Skills
    ·         B.A/B.Sc or Equivalent Education
    ·         Good Communication Skills in English
    ·         Can Work under Stress
    ·         Ability to self-motivate and self-direct
