Duties and Responsibilities
· Logged raised issues into the System and generate a Ticket ID.
· Assign that Ticket to the relevant Technical Resource to get its fix.
· Handle minor issues at your level.
Skills
· B.A/B.Sc or Equivalent Education· Good Communication Skills in English
· Can Work under Stress
· Ability to self-motivate and self-direct
