      ·    MBA with 8 -10 Years of functional experience in reputed Companies in the relevant 
           Industry/Sector with specialty in wholesale

Professional Experience & Job Responsibilities
     ·     For product-wise Annual/Monthly Sales, Volumes & Value Growth in assigned 
           territories.
     ·     Developing customers – ensuring that entire market is covered in terms of our reach – 
           developing new / additional customers to cover territories / products if existing 
           customers cannot ensure coverage
     ·     Helping to secure secondary customers by visiting the market and engaging them.
     ·     Recommending use of promotional spend to assist primary customer in making sales
     ·     Gathering and feeding market knowledge to Head Office to ensure development of 
           effective promotional / pricing / product strategy
     ·     To be an effective, conduit between Company and Customers with respect to all 
           aspects of relationships including credit management and resolution of Customers 
           Complaints and service disputes.
     ·     To ensure periodic meetings with key customer representatives to calibrate customer 
            expectations, understand competitor plans; in order to proactively prevent impact of 
            competitive action and obtain opportunistic deals.
