Job Description

In this position, you will be working closely with different Intel product/business groups on various Intel products� research and development. As part of the product team, you will have chance to work on products which reflects Intel�s leading edge technologies and/or the prototypes of the next generation computer devices in the market. The global working environment allows you to work & talk directly with senior folks all around the world. Top performers will have opportunity to take key position in the team, such as technical lead or project manager.

Desired Skills & Experience

You must possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0. Additional qualifications include:
- 8 years of System Level Software development experience
- Proficient programming and/or debug and/or troubleshooting skills in system level software development
- Proficient in C* and/or C++*, assembly languages, data structure and algorithm, scripting language Perl*, Python*, Bash Shell*,
- Device driver development knowledge under Windows* and/or Linux*, GFX* driver development & debug experience & expertise is a strong preference.
- Proficient in one or more popular development tools like Visual Studio*, GCC* and others
- Intel architectures like IA-32*, IA-64*
- Excellent in at least one of below technical areas
1) Graphics engine and media (audio and/or video) codec such as OpenGL*, D3D*, DirectX*, MPEG2/4*, H.263*, G.711*, MP3*
2) Software engineering methodology such as Product Life Cycle or SEI
3) Software testing methodology
4) All layers of the OSI interconnect model and TCP/IP network stacks
5) Design and development of voice, video, conference, fax and other telephony application software
Soft skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Demonstrated a good Interpersonal Skills
- An aggressive individual and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytic skills, self initiatives and keen to learn and adopt new technologies and processes
- Ability to work in a team and able to operate in a multitasking environment with interrupts and priority changes
