Parts & Service Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer for (Dubai / Qatar / Kuwait)


Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for growing the After-sales business in the territory and also for actively driving the sales processes in coordination & cooperation with the technical advisor and advocate for our Parts & services. The Parts & Service Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to technical users in  Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Food and HVAC industries. The candidate should be holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical/Petroleum) and 5-10 years proven working experience in relevant industries, whether it’s directly or/and through channels.
  • Generating enquiries from new clients who might benefit from company products and services.
  • Travel time will be 50% to visit potential clients;
  • Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs; 


  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
  • Negotiating tender by understanding contract terms to meet both client and company needs;
  • Collect competitors intelligence & Analyse their approach in the market
  • Preparing sales activities reports
  • Meeting regular sales targets;
  • Coordinate with the Technical and Service Centre coworker.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating on how a product meets client needs;

Desired Skills & Experience

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in Sales and must have knowledge of Oil & Gas processes. He/she should be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point & Lotus Notes.
For Dubai, Arabic speaking candidates are preferred

Preference will be given to people with 5 years oil and gas industry experience in:
- Sales, business development & key account management Middle East / Gulf markets
- Technical knowledge of the upstream & downstream sectors
-  Fabrication yard knowledge including equipment and applications
-  Established network of relevant customer contacts
