• This position will comprise of training the employees with transition to ERP Systems application, Oracle Retail management, Microsoft Navision and CRM. 
• The ideal candidate should have exposure to developing training content-user manuals, PowerPoint presentations, with a Degree in any IT discipline coupled with further qualification in training and minimum experience of 3-4 years as an IT Trainer. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills would be preferred for this position.
