- Strong Action Script 2.0/3.0 skills to create innovative rich media apps, interactive games and dynamic websites.
- Experience in creating dynamic Flash applications that use server side technologies.
- External Resource Integration (Audio, Video and other media).
- Deep knowledge of Flash Compression techniques and file structuring practices.
- Experience working with XML, AMFphp and JSON.

- Strong knowledge of multi-player programming with SmartFox, ElectroServer, Red5 etc.
